do you like worms?
Satori is a queer speculative writer, not a worm.
They are an MFA fiction candidate and graduate teaching assistant at George Mason University, and hold a BA in English & Creative Writing with a minor in Ancient Civilizations from the University of Iowa. Their fiction appears in New Moon Magazine and Studies in the Fantastic. Originally from Lawrence, KS and Key West, FL, Satori writes about climate change, wealthy monsters, and bad behavior.
Outside of creative writing, Satori is the Managing Editor of So to Speak, an intersectional feminist literary journal, and a ghost writer for true crime channel Darklivity.
They enjoy reading, hiking, painting, and cuddling their cats Sam & Frodo.
